As some members have seen there is a For Sale Sign  on the water.

Our landlord has put up the land and water up for sale as a package deal.

We have been assured by the landlord that he will do everything he can with the new owner to allow us to continue renting the water.

At the moment there are no offers the sale .So we carry on as normal .

As soon as we get any information regarding the sale we will let members know.

The asking price is far in excess of anything that S.A.C can afford for us to even consider putting in an offer for the land and water.
